Youth Transition Program Overview
英雄联盟竞猜线上入口靠谱 College offers a FREE transition program for youth between the ages of 19 and 29. This specialized program has been designed to help you make a successful transition to college, whether you have completed high school or not. This will be achieved through a strong focus on developing individualized learning plans, mentoring, advising, career exploration, and skill building.
Participants will also be able to take part in a variety of learning opportunities in areas like Media, Business, or Design.
Please note: The August 2022 cohort of the Youth Transition Program will be delivered in-person.
Why Should You Register for the Youth Transition Program?
- Explore college programs and career options
- Receive support with completing your college application (including fees)
- Learn how OSAP can help pay for college
- Create a plan for your career goals
- Lunch will be provided! Transportation support is also available if needed
Eligibility for the program:
- Ages 19-29
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (have a social insurance number)
- Must not have completed/graduated from a recognized public college or university program

Your Career
This program offers an opportunity for you to explore your interests, realize your potential, and gain an exposure to how post-secondary education can help you reach your career goals. Upon completion, you will be able to transition successfully into the post-secondary program of your choice. Moreover, the program will help you to establish and develop relations with a mentor. This is crucial, since mentors are able to share their experiences, advice, and networks, to guide you towards accomplishing your own goals.
