We are excited to provide an inspiring environment perfect for the 英雄联盟竞猜线上入口靠谱 community and external clients to host their next conference, meeting, or event. The Central Events Office will streamline your planning process by coordinating the event logistics for all events held in the new Conference & Events Centre. We will book your space, organize room set-up, coordinate catering, and arrange AV requirements. This creative Low Waste Event Space* will feature portable podiums, built-in projectors and screens, wireless audio/video connectivity, wireless lavalier microphones, and web conferencing capabilities.

Users of this space are required to supply their own laptop and accessories (USB, HDMI, or other connection cables) if they wish to display a presentation or perform web conferencing.

*When ordering catering in a designated Low Waste Event Spaces, china service will be the default at no additional cost. Disposable plates, cutlery, and glasses will not be available in these locations.

Conference & Event Centre Event Space Room Configurations

Maximum capacity per seminar room with partitions in place cannot exceed 59 people. No exceptions will be permitted due to strict fire code compliance requirements.                                       

Lecture Theatre Style: No tables. Chairs set up in rows

Seminar Style: Typical classroom setup with rows of tables with two chairs at each table

Banquet Style: Typical group setup with 8 chairs per table

Reception: No furniture.  Catering tables permitted and cruiser tables can be arranged
